Front Desk Sales Manager and Operations
- Be the first friendly face our patients see
- Educate patients on the affordability of our plans
- Present & enroll new patients into our membership or package plans
- Keep the clinic organized — check-ins, scheduling, payments, and patient flow
- Train new hires and work in collaboration with our Marketer on Lead Conversion
- Troubleshoot small stuff (Wi-Fi down? printer jam? you’ve got it handled)
- Help with window signage, supplies, cleanliness, and online reputation.
- Assisting with the cleanliness of the clinic and spa like atmosphere for our customers
- Prior experience leading team and skilled at making complex topics simple
- Quick thinker who can troubleshoot or find solutions fast
- Reliable & punctual — attendance is an essential function of this job
- Confident communicator who enjoys talking with people
- Organized multitasker who can handle front desk + sales
- Quick thinker who can troubleshoot or find solutions fast
- Positive attitude and willingness to “jump in” wherever needed
- (Bonus points if you’ve worked in a wellness, medical, or fitness setting.)
