We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and skilled Psychotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team. Our practice has a strong referral base with generally motivated clients. The ideal candidate will provide mental health services to individuals, couples, and families, facilitating positive mental health outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the mental health needs of clients and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), EMDR, and other modalities to foster client growth (or willing to obtain certification within the first year).
- Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, ensuring a supportive and safe environment for all participants.
- Monitor client progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and maintain accurate and confidential client records.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care and address clients' holistic needs.
- Stay current with advancements in psychotherapy practices and participate in ongoing professional development.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
- Active licensure as a Professional Counselor, Clinicial Social Worker, or Marriage/Family Therapist.
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches and mental health best practices.
Preferred:
- Experience working with diverse populations and a variety of mental health issues.
- Familiarity with teletherapy practices and virtual therapy platforms.
- Certification in specialized therapeutic techniques
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for patient management.
- Experience with telehealth platforms and remote therapy tools.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations and ethical standards in mental health care.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively.
- Empathy and active listening skills to foster a supportive therapeutic environment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a caseload efficiently.
