What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead with Purpose: Inspire and mentor a talented sales team to reach new heights in lending, account generation, and cross-selling.
• Be the Expert: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of loan products and services to offer tailored solutions that fit each member's unique needs.
• Drive Success: Actively pursue opportunities to increase loan volume, set and achieve sales goals, and ensure fast, smooth processing of loan applications.

What We're Looking For:

• A motivated leader with a passion for sales and service.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with both team members and customers.
• Familiarity with loan products, credit reports, and financial services (experience with credit unions is a plus!).
