Occupational Therapist (OT) – Home Health
Spanish Fort, Daphne, Fairhope, Mobile & Surrounding Areas
• Flexible scheduling — build your own caseload

• Focus on ADLs, safety, mobility, and functional independence
• No OASIS documentation
• Supportive team with real autonomy Occupational Therapist (OT) Responsibilities
• Provide skilled occupational therapy services in patients’ homes
• Complete evaluations and treatment visits
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Focus on ADLs, home safety, adaptive techniques, and functional independence
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
• Complete timely documentation Required Skills Qualifications
• Active Alabama Occupational Therapist (OT) license
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
