Sequencing Team Members
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Sequencing Team Member for a company based in Vance, AL. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for assembling and monitoring parts for accuracy. Upon becoming a full-time employee. You will receive excellent benefits and have the opportunity for internal advancement including but not limited to promotions and potential pay increases. No experience required.!

Pay Rate
$16.00 per hour

Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 1st Shift 6 00 am to 5 00 pm. 2nd shift 6 pm to 5 am

Sequencing Team Members Duties and Responsibilities
• Accurately sequence and stage parts or components according to production schedules and customer requirements.
• Verify part numbers, quantities and sequence accuracy before delivery to the assembly line.
• Load, unload and move materials using pallet jacks, carts or forklift (If Certified)
• Ensure all items are properly labeled and tracked in the system (Barcode scanning or manual entry)
• Communicate with line leads, supervisors and material handlers to resolve discrepancies or shortages.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area in accordance with company standards and safety policies.
• Perform visual inspection to ensure component quality prior to sequencing.

Sequencing Team Members Qualifications and Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Fast-paced production
