We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Vinyl Wrap Installer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in vinyl application, including cleaning, degreasing, and removing old wraps/decals.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for vinyl application, including cleaning, degreasing, and removing old wraps/decals.
• Accurately measure and cut vinyl film according to design specifications.
• Apply vinyl wraps to various surfaces, including but not limited to:
  • Cars, trucks, vans, boats, and other vehicles
  • Walls, windows, and other architectural surfaces
  • Signs, banners, and other promotional materials
• Utilize proper wrapping techniques to ensure bubble-free, wrinkle-free, and seamless installations.
• Trim and finish edges neatly to achieve a professional appearance.
• Perform quality checks to ensure the highest standards of workmanship.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the installation process.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding project details and expectations.
• Assist with other shop duties as needed, such as material handling or inventory.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience (2+ years preferred) as a Vinyl Wrap Installer , demonstrating expertise in full vehicle wraps, partial wraps, and graphics installation.
• Proficiency with various vinyl materials, tools, and application techniques (e.g., heat guns, squeegees, knives).
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to troubleshoot installation challenges.
• Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (for mobile installations or vehicle movement).
• Knowledge of different vinyl types, their properties, and best application practices.
• Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) is a plus, but not required for installation role.

Preferred (but not required) Qualifications:

• Certification in vinyl wrap installation (e.g., 3M, Avery Dennison).
• Experience with large format printing.
