With a strong focus on safety, precision, and growth, they’re looking to add a Staff Accountant to their team in Spanish Fort, AL.

This role reports directly to the Corporate Controller and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to grow their career in construction or industrial accounting.

🧾 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Participate in monthly close cycles, reconciliations, and ad hoc analysis
• Provide analytical support and respond to inquiries from multiple departments
• Develop and maintain budgets, comparing actuals vs. forecasts
• Review accounts for discrepancies and reconcile charges
• Support internal and external audits
• Manage fixed assets, including CAPEX cost accumulation and depreciation
• Collaborate with Purchasing to ensure accurate coding and posting
• Monitor and uphold financial controls, systems, and data integrity
• Tackle special projects as directed by leadership

• Have a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance and 2+ years of related experience
• Bring strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Have working knowledge of job cost and construction accounting
• Excel at staying accurate under pressure and managing multiple priorities
