Are you seeking to join a great team? Tri-State Recovery is a leader in the auto recovery industry and one of the fastest-growing companies in Alabama. We are hiring Camera Car Drivers (Spotters) to expand our field support team. Our camera car drivers are highly motivated individuals with strong customer service and technological and investigative skills. We emphasize professionalism, safety, and compliance in everything we do. This is an outstanding chance to begin a new career with the potential to earn over $1,000 a week .

In this role, you will drive a late-model, company-issued car in designated areas to locate vehicles subject to repossession. You will directly interact with our recovery agents; however, you will NOT physically repossess the vehicle. Each car is equipped with in-cab computers, so you always have direct access to your team. Each vehicle is also equipped with camera technology, which scans license plates as you drive. This process helps you locate vehicles subject to repossession by our recovery agents; they handle the actual repossession - not you! This position pays a base salary and offers the opportunity to make bonuses based on performance.

Requirements:

  • Possess strong ethics - treat people with respect, keep commitments, inspire trust in others, work with integrity, and uphold organizational values.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Safety- and compliance-first mentality.
  • Prior military and/or law enforcement experience is a plus.
  • Prior towing, repossession, or commercial driving experience is a plus.
  • Established record of safe driving – clean MVR, valid license.
  • Drug-free/compliant with frequent drug tests.
  • Basic motor vehicle knowledge.
  • Comfortable using a computer and mobile applications.
  • Ownership of a smartphone and reliable transportation to and from work.

What you need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Be 23 years of age or older with a clean driving record to be approved by our insurance carrier.
  • Willing to work flexible hours but be committed to at least 40 hours per week.
