**Job Description** Oracle Health is seeking a dynamic **Client Executive** to join our **CommunityWorks Business Development** team, focused on driving net-new sales of Oracle's electronic health record (EHR) and enterprise solutions into **Critical Access Hospitals** and **rural community health systems** . This role is responsible for the full sales lifecycle, from initial outreach through contract signature, leading with value, building trusted relationships, and positioning Oracle Health as a long-term strategic partner. **Key Responsibilities** + Own a geographic sales territory focused on critical access and rural hospitals that align with the CommunityWorks model. + Develop and manage a territory strategy to identify, qualify, and pursue new EHR enterprise opportunities. + Build relationships with Hospital executives, clinical leaders, and operational stakeholders to understand their needs and align Oracle Health solutions. + Lead cross-functional pursuit teams to coordinate demos, reference conversations, pricing strategy, and executive engagement. + Manage the full sales cycle including forecasting, contracting, proposal development, and deal closure. + Navigate long, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and a heavy emphasis on value, trust and alignment. + Leverage internal subject matter experts, consultants, and marketing to drive pipeline and influence decision-making. + Collaborate closely with implementation, finance, legal, and support teams to ensure seamless handoffs and client success post-sale. + Represent the Oracle Health CommunityWorks brand at industry events, conferences, and regional association meetings. **Responsibilities** **Qualifications** + 5+ years of healthcare sales experience, ideally with experience in enterprise software, EHR, or healthcare IT. + Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles in the Hospital and ambulatory provider space. + Knowledge of critical access and rural community hospital operations and challenges preferred. + Strong communication and presentation skills, with a consultative sales approach. + Ability to travel up to 80% for pipeline building activities, onsite client visits, demos, walk-throughs, and conferences. + Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. **Preferred Qualifications** + Experience selling into C-suite executives at hospitals or health systems. + Familiarity with Oracle Health (Cerner), Meditech, Epic Community Connect, or other EHR systems. + Understanding of Medicaid reimbursement, rural health policy, and funding dynamics. + MHA, MBA **Why Join CommunityWorks?** The CommunityWorks team is a highly focused, mission-driven group within Oracle Health committed to improving care for underserved and rural communities. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 45/55 - 50/50. Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity. Oracle US offers a comprehensive benefits package which includes the following: 1. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation. 9. 11 paid holidays 10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours. 11. Paid parental leave 12.
