Job Title: Avionics Technician

Job Description

We are seeking skilled Avionics Technicians to join our team supporting the BEST program, focusing on phase maintenance and modification/installation on UH-60 helicopters. This role involves performing glass cockpit and autopilot installations.

Responsibilities

• Perform phase maintenance and modifications on UH-60 helicopters.
• Install glass cockpits and autopilot systems.
• Work on avionics modifications and installations.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards during all procedures.

Essential Skills

• 3+ years of experience in avionics modification and installation.
• Experience with rotary wing helicopters, specifically UH-60 is preferred.
• Must have own tools.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with radar, NAV, and COMM systems.
• Familiarity with various helicopter platforms is a plus.

Work Environment

Work takes place in an aircraft hangar, with a Monday through Thursday day shift schedule.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Guntersville, Alabama.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $36.00/hr.
