- Conduct strategic cross-selling initiatives for our Envirolawn, Enviropest, and Termite Solutions.
- Follow up with prospects and referrals; no opportunity is too small.
- Measure and analyze properties accurately to ensure service precision.
- Maintain contact with sold customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage ongoing engagement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive insights, and service offerings.
- Manage your pipeline, complete sales reports, and support operational excellence.
- Represent Waynes with pride and professionalism in everything you do.
- A natural relationship-builder with strong verbal communication skills.
- A self-starter who thrives outdoors and enjoys working independently.
- A professional image and mindset, with the perseverance to follow through.
- A learner—ready to master industry knowledge and share it confidently with customers.
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- A high school diploma or equivalent; prior sales or customer service experience preferred.
