Job Title: Customer Service Representative Insurance | $16$24 per hour + Benefits | Full-Time In-Office

Location: Montgomery, AL
Compensation: $16.00$24.00 per hour (based on experience)

What Youll Do:

• Provide prompt, accurate, and professional service to clients
• Respond to policy inquiries, billing questions, claims, and coverage updates
• Maintain and build relationships through trust, empathy, and follow-up
• Support retention and renewal efforts for existing clients
• Work as part of a close-knit team to ensure excellent customer experiences

What You Need:

• Ability to obtain a Property & Casualty AND Life & Health insurance license (we will guide the right candidate)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and a genuine desire to help others
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude
• Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
• Full-time availability and ability to work in-office (Montgomery, AL)
