Insurance Customer Service
Job Title: Customer Service Representative Insurance | $16$24 per hour + Benefits | Full-Time In-Office
Location: Montgomery, AL
Compensation: $16.00$24.00 per hour (based on experience)
Plus : Bonuses + PTO + Health, Dental, Life Insurance + Retirement Plan

What Youll Do:
- Provide prompt, accurate, and professional service to clients
- Respond to policy inquiries, billing questions, claims, and coverage updates
- Maintain and build relationships through trust, empathy, and follow-up
- Support retention and renewal efforts for existing clients
- Work as part of a close-knit team to ensure excellent customer experiences

What You Need:
- Ability to obtain a Property & Casualty AND Life & Health insurance license (we will guide the right candidate)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and a genuine desire to help others
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
- Full-time availability and ability to work in-office (Montgomery, AL)
