POSITION SUMMARY: To effectively coordinate and control the flow of the door by greeting arrivals, seating and acknowledging departures of all guests, which results in a Superior Guest Experience for all Cooper Restaurants guests.
Employee Benefits
- Server rate - $2.75 per hour plus tips
- Weekly Pay
- Health, Dental & Vision - for full time employees after 30 days of employment
- Company pays a portion of elected coverage
- Vacation Pay – up to 80 hours for full time employees (annually)
- After 6 months – 5 days
- After 1 year – Additional 5 days
- 10 days max
- Tipped employees vacation rate - $10.00 per hour
- Employee Meal Discount – 40% off while working / employee + 1 guest while dining
- Employee of the month - for FOH & BOH - $100 each
- Employee Discounts - on travel, hotels, car rentals and more through LifeMart via ADP account.
