Qualifications:
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Previous experience working with school-aged populations preferred
- Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Ability to collaborate effectively as a long-term substitute for staff on leave
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site behavioral consultation and create individualized student intervention plans
- Deliver ongoing training and support to teachers and staff
- Collect, analyze, and report behavioral data in line with school standards
- Work 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday
- Ensure continuity and quality of behavioral services during MAT leave
