**Key Responsibilities:**

- Craft and serve a variety of drinks according to established recipes while ensuring exceptional service standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
- Interact with guests, take orders, and provide recommendations based on customers’ preferences.
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age.
- Manage cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless and efficient operation during service hours.
- Uphold all company and local guidelines regarding responsible alcohol service.
- Keep up with industry trends and continuously improve knowledge of new drinks and techniques.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as a bartender in a high-volume setting.
- Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and cocktails.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Certification from a bartending academy is a plus.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, and lift heavy items when necessary.
