As a Customer Advocate , you'll be a healthcare hero 🦸 for 50 to 70 people every day. You'll navigate the world of primary care doctors 🩺 , medications 💊 , appointments 📅 , and benefits 💼 like a pro, armed with your knowledge 📚 and amazing social skills 🗣️.
And the best part? You'll make a real impact on people's lives ❤️.

📋 The Details

• 🕘 Full-time position, Monday through Friday (because we all need a little weekend! 😌)
• ⏰ 8-hour shifts between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. EST
• 🧠 5-week intensive orientation (don't worry, we've got your back every step of the way! 🧑‍🏫)

🎒 Your Arsenal

• 🎓 High school diploma (bonus points if you've got a degree! 🏅)
• 📑 At least 1 year of experience in insurance operations
• 💻 Tech-savvy and confident navigating our web-based systems
• 🧾 Detail-oriented with strong follow-through

Start: TWO groups starting either October 6th or 20th , 2025
Training: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (5 weeks)
Regular Schedule: 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday; 11:30 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday
