Production Seat Builder Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $19.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Second Shift ( Monday through Friday from 05:00pm to 03:00am )

In this position you will:

• Assemble seat components, including frames, foam, trim covers, and mechanical parts
• Follow standardized work instructions.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic assembly equipment
• Identify defects or issues and report them to supervisors or quality personnel
• Overtime is required

Production Seat Builder Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus (automotive preferred)
• Ability to read basic work instructions and diagrams
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
