Culinary Operations

• Design and execute creative, high-quality menus aligned with the restaurants vision

• Oversee daily food preparation, presentation, and consistency across all dishes

• Develop and refine recipes with attention to taste, nutrition, and cost-effectiveness

• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and kitchen cleanliness standards

• Supervise and train all back-of-house staff including line cooks, prep cooks, and dishwashers

• Lead kitchen team during service, ensuring smooth execution and time management

• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations (e.g., ServSafe)

• Monitor inventory and ordering of food supplies to minimize waste and maintain quality

• Work within budget guidelines to control food and labor costs

• Build strong relationships with vendors and suppliers

• Collaborate with restaurant managers on menu pricing, seasonal changes, and special events

• Support front-of-house staff with clear communication and unified guest service goals

• Participate in staff meetings, feedback sessions, and performance reviews

• Plan and prepare meals for events, catering, or large park-based gatherings

• Scale kitchen operations effectively for high-volume days and park festivals
