$25+/hr + performance bonuses
Who We’re Looking For
We’re not looking for average. We want a leader who can take control of job sites, push projects forward, and hold a crew accountable.
If you need constant direction, this isn’t for you.
What You’ll Do
- Run day-to-day job site operations
- Lead crews and subcontractors
- Keep projects on schedule and on budget
- Maintain high quality standards
- Communicate clearly with our team and clients
✅ Requirements
- 3+ years residential construction experience
- Can read plans and manage a job without hand-holding
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Shows up, takes ownership, and gets it done
