Parts Manager Job Summary

We are seeking a Parts Manager to lead our Hyundai Montgomery dealership’s parts department. If you're a results-driven professional with proven leadership in the automotive parts space, we want to hear from you.

Parts Manager Responsibilities

• Manage parts inventory, purchasing, and forecasting
• Maximize profitability by tracking turns, lost sales & obsolescence
• Build strong vendor relationships and handle pricing, returns & credits
• Generate daily/weekly/monthly KPI reports & financial statements
• Recruit, train, and manage parts department staff
• Create efficient processes and maintain a clean, organized facility
• Ensure excellent internal & external customer service
• Maintain compliance with OSHA, MSDS, and all local/federal safety regulations

Parts Manager Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience in an automotive parts environment (Hyundai experience preferred)
• Proficient in Excel and inventory/parts software
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
