GENERAL DESCRIPTION

• Prepare cost documentation utilizing existing pricing models for RFQs, and other proposal activities..

DUTIES

• Provide support to the Pricing team to enable proposed costs are submitted in accordance with customer requirements and schedules.
• Coordinate the collection and accumulation of cost, and other data from functional departments
• Develop and maintain pricing files in accordance with the US Government and company requirements
• Document the Bill of Material and Material (BOM) cost estimates
• Complete and maintain activities required for audits
• Work in a team environment
• Provide routine administrative support
• Other Duties as assigned

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience may be substituted for degree
• Requires 1-2 years' experience in either Government proposal pricing, planning or production control in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in MS Excel is required
• Requires strong Microsoft Office skills
• Skilled in verbal and written communication.
• Experience in DoD environment preferred
• Knowledge of FAR desired
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Must be able to walk or stand on level and/or inclined surfaces and sit for extended periods of time.

• Must be able to routinely grasp or handle objects, use finger dexterity, bend elbows / knees, and reach above / below shoulders.
• Works in a normal office environment with controlled temperature and lighting conditions
