Key Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and current CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) status
• Active registration with the Board of Speech Examiners (must provide license documentation)
• Experience supporting K–5th grade students in educational settings strongly preferred
• Comfortable providing services both on-site and via VOCO (virtual platform)
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities for working with diverse teams

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans for elementary-level students
• Support and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to foster student progress
• Provide both direct therapy and consultation, adapting approaches for a blended-caseload model
• Maintain compliance with all documentation and credentialing requirements, meeting deadlines as directed by district guidelines
• Responsively serve 3 local campuses and manage a varied, age-diverse caseload
