Being a manager for The Toasted Yolk requires a specific set of skills as well as certain physical demands and level of commitment that is expected on a daily basis. Demonstrate leadership skills daily. Must demonstrate ability to be a self-motivator. Follow ALL Toasted Yolk company rules found in The Toasted Yolk Employee manual. Ability to work scheduled shifts. All shifts begin at 6 am. Training/Work week is 5 days a week with the week starting Monday. Saturday and Sunday are a must both during training and once certified. Must be able to work continuously at a quick pace and be on your feet for up to 10 hours at a time with minimal down time. Strong stamina is essential. Must be physically able to lift 25 lbs. Must be able to work in areas where ambulant temperatures are above normal. Must be able to follow corporate guidelines for personal hygiene and uniform standards. Ability to multitask and problem solve. Comfortable to speak to guest in an engaging conversation as well as confidence to rectify any issues. Ability to use Microsoft Office. Computer skills to navigate POS and online platforms such as Hot Schedules and Craftable. Possess the required food safety and liquor serving certification. Engage with staff in a professional demeanor and attitude. No foul language
