**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding appropriately to emergency situations.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, helping to deescalate situations and support a secure environment.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including the business premises and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe for potential issues.
+ Observe and report any unusual activity or potential security-related concerns to Allied Universal management and/or the appropriate client contact.
+ Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as required by site policies.
+ Support the overall security-related operations of the location by maintaining a visible presence and providing assistance to employees and visitors as needed.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Experience with access control systems and/or badge operations is preferred.
+ Experience in loss prevention is preferred.
+ Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
