Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour (based on experience and demonstrated abilities)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Lead Installer to join our team. This is a hands-on position for a skilled professional who takes pride in their work, leads by example, and consistently delivers quality installations. If you're a no-nonsense tradesperson who values honesty and craftsmanship, we want to hear from you.

The ideal candidate must be proficient in installing heat pump systems, straight cool split systems, and mini splits. You must be skilled in using pipe benders, swage tools, and flaring tools. We operate at a fast pace and maintain high productivity standards—complete system installations are expected to be completed in exceptional time frames while maintaining quality workmanship.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of verifiable HVAC installation experience
• Clean driving record (required)
• Must pass comprehensive background check
• Valid driver's license
• Own complete set of hand tools including:
  • Power drills and drivers
  • Nut drivers and hand tools
  • Multimeters and testing equipment
  • Standard HVAC hand tool set
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Professional demeanor with customers and colleagues

Compensation & Benefits

Starting Pay: $30 - $40 per hour

• Compensation commensurate with verified experience and demonstrated abilities
• More experienced candidates will receive higher starting rates
• Benefits package available after one year of employment
