• Operational Excellence: You own the store’s daily readiness. You will champion our high standards for cleanliness and organization, ensuring the showroom, offices, and stockrooms are pristine.
• Customer Success Champion: You will lead by example—greeting every customer with enthusiasm, performing accurate water testing, and providing expert recommendations that turn first-time visitors into lifelong clients.
• Inventory & Logistics Leadership: You are responsible for the flow of our business. From receiving shipments and maintaining accurate stock levels to moving pallets and managing displays, your precision ensures that we never miss a sale due to an empty shelf.
• Team Development: You will serve as the lead coach for our store staff, delegating tasks, maintaining morale, and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

• Mid-Day Focus: The "No Idle Time" rule. While foot traffic is quiet, you will execute high-leverage tasks like inventory audits, restocking, or deep-cleaning segments of the store to maintain a premium appearance.
• Evening Handoff: The "Setup for Tomorrow" sweep. You ensure the store is left in a "ready-to-go" state, cash is accounted for, and all administrative tasks are closed out, ensuring the morning team starts ahead, not behind.
