Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Answers internal and external calls in a professional, friendly manner, using a multi-line phone system, and directs calls to appropriate departments.
• Greet customers, vendors and other visitors.
• Receive transfers - counts with warehouse, receiving correct material, binning properly
• Invoicing - daily trucks, counts with drivers, confirming correct material
• Input client details into Customer Record Management System ensuring accuracy
• Prepare shipments for overnight service pick-up.
• Sort and distribute incoming/outgoing mail and packages.
• Assist clients during peak business hours
• Other routine or specialized projects as assigned by supervisor or other company management.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• HS Diploma or GED required
• 2 years of reception/general office experience
• Strong organizational skills
• Detail-oriented
• Highly effective interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (including Word and Excel)
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Polished image
• Must pass work eligibility requirements.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred

Position Information:

• Job Status: Full Time.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit for long periods of time.
• Ability to type on a computer efficiently.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to bend, twist and lift both arms above head.
• Ability to drive vehicle without restrictions.
• Ability to speak over the telephone for long periods of time wearing a headset on one or both ears.
