Basic requirements include the aptitude to:

• Meet client expectations through execution of activities related to engagements and other client needs.
• Communicate with Director/Manager throughout all phases of engagements, including client communication, planning, and scheduling.
• Sense of urgency to complete work in a diligent and accurate manner with attention to both internal and client deadlines.

Expected Qualifications are as follows:

Education and Credentials:

• BA or BS degree in Accounting or related field, from an accredited college/university.
• Active CPA License.

Experience:

• 2-4 years of public accounting experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good judgment and professional skepticism.
• Excellent analysis and observation skills.
• Ability to work effectively with co-workers, staff, and clients.
• Knowledge of accounting software packages and MS Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
