With the business rapidly expanding and daily sales continuously increasing, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. You will be at the forefront, steering the restaurant toward achieving higher operational efficiency and enhanced customer satisfaction.

• Take complete charge of all day-to-day operations at the restaurant, including oversight of staff, management of inventory, scheduling, and customer relations.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and train new staff to ensure the restaurant is supported by a knowledgeable and professional team.
• Implement and monitor standard operating procedures for all restaurant activities to guarantee consistent quality and service.
• Lead by example, setting a high standard for work ethics, integrity, and professionalism within the team.
• Oversee financial elements including managing labor and food costs, tracking daily sales, and ensuring overall profitability.
• Uphold a clean, safe, and enthusiastic restaurant environment that complies fully with health and safety regulations.
• Handle all customer inquiries and complaints with a professional attitude, ensuring a satisfactory resolution and fortifying customer loyalty.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of restaurant management experience, preferably within a fast-casual or take-out setting.
• Proven track record of effectively hiring, training, and retaining top-quality staff.
• Strong leadership qualities, including the ability to manage and inspire a team, with a decisive and results-driven management approach.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the capability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• High levels of personal integrity, professional maturity, and common sense.
• Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management, and essential financial reporting.
• Comprehensive understanding of food safety and hygiene, including ServSafe certification or similar credentials.
