Remote Customer Service Representative

Position : Customer Service Representative

Location(training and production) : WFH Fully Remote; equipment provided

Pay : $15/hr (opportunity for monthly bonuses and overtime)

Duration : 3 Months

Anticipated Start Date : October 20th and October 27th

Hours/Schedule: 40 Hours Per Week;

Monday-Friday 8:30AM EST-5:00PM EST (training) and Monday-Friday anytime

between 7:45am-8:15pm (8 hour shift/40 hour work week)

Job Description:

• Walking consumers through how to create accounts
• Resetting passwords
• Uploading documents while answering calls from consumers.
• Updating billing and payment preferences

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $17.00/hr.
