Skills and Experience:

• Perform daily administrative and computer-based tasks.
• Enter, maintain, and organize information accurately.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry, tracking, and reporting.
• Use cieTrade software as needed; previous experience is a plus.
• Perform basic mathematical calculations and work accurately with numerical information.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service.
• Handle multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and management.
• Maintain organized records and documentation.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
