Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Certification and minimum 2+ years Surgical Tech / Operating Room Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An excellent opportunity is available for skilled professionals with experience in Nursing - ORT, as well as non-certified and certified Surgical Technicians. Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Completion of an accredited program in Surgical Technology or related field required
• Valid certification for Surgical Tech (if applicable); non-certified techs also considered
• Experience working with operating room teams and assisting in surgical procedures
• Demonstrated understanding of sterile techniques and infection control practices
• Ability to anticipate needs of surgeons and nursing staff during procedures
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to maintaining patient safety and confidentiality at all times

Key Responsibilities:

• Support surgical operations by preparing operating rooms and ensuring necessary instruments and supplies are available
• Assist surgeons and nurses during operations, handling instruments and maintaining a sterile field
• Monitor and maintain aseptic technique at all times
• Properly care for and process surgical instruments before, during, and after procedures
• Accurately document procedures and ensure all records are kept up to date
• Participate in equipment checks and supply inventory as required
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary operating room team members

$1,331 - $1,408/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
