What You'll Do
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial dock and door equipment at customer locations
- Perform preventative maintenance inspections and recommend repairs as needed
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Repair and service dock levelers, overhead doors, high-speed doors, vehicle restraints, seals, shelters, and related equipment
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers regarding repairs and recommendations
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through reliable service
- Document service work accurately and completely
- Maintain and manage service tools, equipment, and company vehicle
- Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times
- Work independently while coordinating with the service team as needed

Background & Experience
- 3+ years of experience servicing commercial dock and door equipment, industrial equipment, construction equipment, or a related field
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic ability
- Experience with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Industry certifications and manufacturer training are a plus
