Accountant Assistant Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $17.00 to $20.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 04:30pm )

• Customer service, answering calls, taking messages, and making reminder phone calls.
• Write up tickets and product invoices
• Send reminder emails on past-due accounts and help with collection calls.
• Manage day-to-day accounting tasks using QuickBooks.
• Assist with month-end, year-end closings and reconciliation.
• Maintain records, alphanumeric filing.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Willing to assist and take on additional tasks as needed.

Accountant Assistant Qualifications:

• Accounting/Bookkeeping experience 3+ years
• Proficient with QuickBooks Online
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
