Job Summary: The Portable Aggregate Crushing Plant Control Room Operator is responsible for overseeing the operation of the crushing plant, ensuring efficient and safe production. This role involves performing plant maintenance, lubrication, housekeeping, record keeping, and operating the crushing plant effectively. The ideal candidate must be physically fit and able to work in various environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Crushing Plant: Monitor and control the crushing plant operations from the control room to ensure optimal performance and production efficiency.
• Plant Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks on the crushing plant, including troubleshooting and repairing equipment as needed.
• Lubrication: Ensure all plant machinery and equipment are properly lubricated to maintain smooth operation and prevent wear and tear.
• Housekeeping: Maintain cleanliness and organization within the control room, plant grounds and surrounding areas to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
• Record Keeping: Accurately document plant operations, maintenance activities, and production data for reporting and analysis.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all MSHA safety regulations and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
• Physical Fitness: Demonstrate physical fitness and stamina to work in various environments, including outdoor and industrial settings.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in operating and maintaining aggregate crushing plants.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using aggregate crushing plant control room equipment and software.
• Knowledge of MSHA safety regulations and procedures.
