Field Inspector - Montgomery Metro (1099 Independent Contractor)
We've got inspection orders coming in around Montgomery, Prattville, Millbrook, and Wetumpka, and we need a dependable local to claim them before they sit. If you know the area and like work you can fit around your own schedule, this is a steady way to earn on your own terms.
The work is straightforward. You drive to a home, take a few photos, note whether it appears lived in or vacant, and file a short report from your phone. Each visit runs about ten to twenty minutes, and you take the orders closest to you rather than chasing assignments across the region.
Every completed inspection pays, and payment comes by direct deposit. You're a 1099 independent contractor here, which means you set your own hours and decide how much you take on week to week.
What you'll need is simple: a reliable vehicle, a valid driver's license, a smartphone, and the dependability to meet deadlines and follow client instructions, including the occasional knock to confirm occupancy in person. A background check is required, but experience isn't. We train you for free, and you can start working the open Montgomery orders as soon as you're set up.
