Job Description:

· The Systems Business Analyst is a senior-level professional responsible for leading complex projects that involve the analysis of business processes and the development of technology solutions to meet organizational objectives.

· This role involves collaborating with key stakeholders, providing strategic insights, and ensuring that IT systems align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

· Experience in a training role preferred.

· Lead and oversee complex training systems analysis initiatives, ensuring optimal system outcomes.

· Collaborate closely with senior management and executive teams to align systems with organizational strategies aligned with training opportunities in the HVAC Industry.

· Conduct advanced system analysis, including business process reengineering and data modeling.

· Stay at the forefront of emerging business systems trends, technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications:

· Extensive field experience and application of the following methods and techniques desired: Air distribution, refrigeration and electrical theory; total HVAC system application Strong leadership and team management skills.

· Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
