Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A Speech Language Pathologist opportunity is available for a fully remote, 1099 contract position supporting school-based telepractice services. This role requires a minimum of two years experience working in a school setting, with virtual speech therapy experience preferred but not mandatory. The position is centered around delivering effective speech-language pathology services through telespeech platforms, allowing for flexible work-from-home arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech therapy assessments, evaluations, and individualized treatment plans via telepractice
- Collaborate remotely with clinical and technical support teams to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulatory and school-based requirements
- Support students with speech and language impairments using virtual tools and platforms
Qualifications:
- Valid Speech Language Pathologist license
- Minimum of 2 years experience in school-based speech therapy
- Experience or comfort with telespeech services strongly preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Location: This contract supports services in Phenix City, AL, but work is performed 100% remotely from home.
This contract position provides the flexibility of remote work while engaging in meaningful school speech therapy services supported by clinical and technical teams. Applicants with school-based SLP experience who are comfortable with teletherapy are encouraged to apply to contribute specialized care for students through virtual platforms.
