Production Superintendent
Overview:
Our client is seeking a Production Superintendent to lead self-perform work at industrial project sites, ensuring safety, schedule, quality, and productivity goals are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enforce jobsite safety programs and EH&S compliance
- Plan and sequence work to meet production schedules
- Track progress, quantities, and weekly reporting
- Manage trade labor, staffing, and crew performance
- Mentor forepersons and develop trade talent
- Ensure work aligns with contract documents and specifications
- Coordinate materials, resolve field issues, and support execution
Qualifications:
- 3+ years Superintendent or field leadership experience
- Strong manufacturing / industrial experience
- Knowledge of scheduling, cost control, and safety standards
- Experience managing crews and self-perform work
- Continuous improvement mindset (Lean / LPS preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Willingness to travel
