Training Experience

4–6 weeks of on-the-road training with a professional mentor

All training weeks are fully paid

$300 orientation bonus applied to your first solo paycheck
Earnings After Training

$0.56 per mile on all miles

Average weekly pay: $1,300–$1,400 depending on mileage

Typical weekly mileage: 1,600–2,200 miles
Freight & Schedule

100% no-touch freight, with roughly 50% drop & hook

Consistent weekly miles between 1,600 and 2,200

Home every 14 days with two full days off after completing training

Driver Requirements

CDL-A from an accredited school (minimum 120 hours)

No DUIs within the past 5 years

Clean driving record with no major violations in the last 3 years

Reliable work history with minimal gaps

During the training phase, you’ll run real-world routes under the guidance of your mentor, learning safe driving practices, trip planning, and freight handling. By the time you go solo, you’ll be confident, prepared, and ready to hit the road.
