As an Change Manager, you will play a crucial role in improving, managing and operating Medicare systems:
- Provide materials to facilitate Module Change Control Board (MCCB) meetings
- Work closely with the Enterprise Change Control Manager
- Ensure all stakeholders have supporting documentation prior to meetings for discussions. (MCCB, ECCB, CAB)
- Review all Change Requests (CRs) for completeness before CAB and ECCB meetings
- Agree to meet documented due dates and notify the Enterprise Change Manager prior to any delays; this includes, but is not limited to, due dates related to documentation submissions/review, as well as Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) due dates related to specific Change Request
- Monitor and report on all CRs and ECRs for delays, impacts, risks, testability, traceability, and schedule changes and/or updates to the Enterprise CCM
- Communicate with impacted Module Contractors on ECRs
- Follow up on open CRs to drive them to completion
- Ensure requested changes align with the operational goals and objectives defined for the Module

- Five (5) years of experience as a Change Manager or Change Coordinator
- Expert MS Project skills and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Expert/Advanced knowledge of all Microsoft Office products including Office 365, Teams, and SharePoint
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or business administration. Equivalent work experience may be substituted for a degree
- Working knowledge of IT best practices and regulations, the software development lifecycle (SDLC), and ITIL Change Management methodology. ITIL certification preferred but not required
- Prior Medicaid systems experience preferred

The likely salary range for this position is $128,039 - $173,229. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range. Scheduled Weekly Hours:
