We are hiring an outgoing, friendly, and service-driven professional to join our growing real estate media team in the Huntsville area.

This is not just a photography job. This role represents our brand in the field. You will work directly with agents and homeowners, capture high-quality listing media, and deliver a positive, professional client experience every time.

No prior photography experience is required. We are looking for someone with the right personality first, someone who is coachable, reliable, and willing to go the extra mile.

Schedule & Availability

• Preferred availability is Monday - Wednesday between typical business hours (9 AM - 5 PM)
• Approximately 20 hours per week
• Travel within a 60-mile radius of Huntsville
• Flexibility and reliability are essential

What You’ll Do

• Travel locally to residential properties for scheduled appointments
• Capture interior and exterior listing media using company guidelines
• Represent our company professionally with agents and homeowners
• Follow simple processes and instructions consistently
• Upload media after each shoot, no editing required
• Deliver a friendly, smooth, and professional client experience

Compensation & Growth Path

• Paid training provided at a fixed rate of $15/hour
• Standard photoshoots: $25 per unit (each unit equals ~60 minutes on-site)
• After drone certification: $30 per unit
• Video and additional services vary based on project scope
• Mileage reimbursement: $0.30 per mile

Customer service experience is a plus, but not required. We prioritize personality, professionalism, and reliability over technical experience.
