The Ōnin Group is looking for an experienced Millwright to join a trusted machine shop in Fairfield, AL.

Position Details:

• ???? Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• ???? Starting Pay: $22/hr (higher pay based on experience)
• ????️ Minimum Experience: 5+ years as a Millwright

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot machinery and mechanical equipment
• Perform precision work with tools and equipment in a machine shop environment
• Ensure proper alignment, assembly, and functionality of machines
• Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
• Work safely and efficiently as part of a skilled team

Work Experience

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of Millwright experience (machine shop background preferred)
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality craftsmanship
