Your Role as an SDR
As a Sales Development Representative, you’re more than just the first point of contact for potential clients – you’re a vital ambassador of our brand, helping businesses solve real challenges with our transformative IT solutions. Your work will pave the way for meaningful client partnerships and drive our collective success.
What You’ll Do
- Spark Connections : Use innovative outreach methods, from social media and email to events and cold calls, to connect with potential clients and inspire interest in Aligned Tek’s solutions.
- Understand and Qualify : Dive into meaningful conversations to understand prospects' challenges and goals, qualifying leads that align with our services.
- Be a Game-Changer : Set up impactful meetings and demos for our Account Executives, ensuring a strong foundation for lasting partnerships.
- Own the CRM : Keep our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system organized and updated, ensuring every lead and interaction is captured.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve : Keep up with industry trends and competitors, positioning Aligned Tek as the go-to for innovative IT solutions.
- Collaborate and Shine : Work hand-in-hand with our sales team, sharing insights and feedback to continuously elevate our strategies.
