One of my top clients is seeking a passionate and outgoing Attorney to join our growing team in Alabama. Responsibilities:

* Represent clients in divorce, custody, child support, and related family law matters.
* Defend clients in petty crime and other various criminal cases.
* Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.
* Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and agreements.
* Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and trials.
* Negotiate settlements and resolve disputes effectively.
* Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients.
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
* Stay up-to-date on changes in related legal areas.

Qualifications:

* Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
* Active member or pending admission with the Alabama State Bar Association.
* Minimum of 1 years of experience, experience or desire to learn family law
* Proven ability to handle cases from start to finish, including courtroom litigation.
* Strong understanding of Washington family law statutes and procedures.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Exceptional legal research and analytical skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Compassionate and empathetic approach to client representation.
* Technological proficiency.
