As a Senior Associate you are responsible for analyzing complex problems, mentoring others, and maintaining rigorous standards. You are expected to focus on building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context, while navigating increasingly complex situations and growing your personal brand.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- 2 years of experience
- Required to obtain certification before being promoted to Manager. Certifications include: Public Accountant or Member of the Bar.
