Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available for the 2026-2027 school year in Anniston, AL. This travel position places you on-site at a school location, providing hands-on, in-person services to students with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). The role is essential to supporting students' communication needs and collaborating closely with staff and parents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy services on-site to a caseload consisting of 30-35 students initially, with potential growth up to 70 students in the upcoming school year.
• Conduct and manage IEP meetings with staff and parents to ensure goal progress and compliance.
• Collaborate with educational staff to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
• Maintain detailed records of student progress and therapy sessions.

Qualifications:

• Valid ASHA certification or state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Experience working in a school setting preferred.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with parents, staff, and students.
• Willingness and ability to provide services exclusively on-site; virtual options are not available for this position.
