Production Worker/Assembler Day Shift: 7am-3:30pm - 2nd shift 3:15pm-11:45pm - 2ND SHIFT WILL WORK DAY SHIFT HOURS UNTIL JUNE

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical and production assembly of injection‑molded automotive components
• Assemble dashboard components using brackets, hand tools, drills, C‑ring tools, and power tools
• Apply adhesives/gluing processes as part of assembly
• Consistently lift and handle parts weighing up to 25 lbs throughout the shift
• Follow production schedules, quality standards, and safety procedures
• Inspect assembled parts for defects and ensure quality expectations are met
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Support general production and packaging tasks as needed

• Previous experience in production, assembly, or manufacturing environments
• Comfortable using hand tools and power tools (drills, C‑ring tools, basic mechanical tools)
• Ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks and heavy lifting (25 lbs consistently)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment

• Mechanical assembly experience
• Injection molding or automotive manufacturing exposure
• Packaging, bagging, or general production experience

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Athens, AL.

The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $23.50/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Athens,AL.
