Job Title: Medical Esthetician (Facial Rejuvenation Specialist)

Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled and charismatic Medical Esthetician to join our dental team. This role is specifically designed to spearhead our facial esthetics division, with a primary focus on the EMFACE platform. You will be responsible for providing high-end, non-invasive facial lifting and skin-toning treatments that complement our cosmetic dental procedures.

The ideal candidate understands that "the smile doesn't end at the lips" and is passionate about helping patients achieve holistic facial harmony.

Key Responsibilities

• Treatment Excellence: Perform EMFACE treatments according to clinical protocols, ensuring optimal pad placement and intensity settings for maximum lifting and toning results.
• Patient Consultations: Conduct comprehensive skin and muscle tone assessments. Educate patients on how EMFACE works (synchronized RF and HIFES™ technology) and how it integrates with their dental treatment plan.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with the Dentist to identify patients who would benefit from facial rejuvenation alongside veneers, orthodontic work, or TMJ therapy.
• Clinical Maintenance: Ensure all equipment is sanitized, calibrated, and maintained. Manage consumable inventory (applicators and grounding pads).
• Sales & Retention: Meet monthly production goals by rebooking treatment series and recommending medical-grade skincare to enhance EMFACE results.
• Content Support: Occasionally assist the marketing team with "Before & After" photos and educational videos for social media.

Qualifications & Skills

• Licensed Esthetician: Must hold a valid state license (Medical Esthetician preferred).
• Technology-Forward: Prior experience with Emsculpt, Emface, or similar RF/Electromagnetic devices is a significant plus.
• The "Dental Mindset": A high level of professionalism suitable for a clinical environment; comfortable working around dental equipment and medical protocols.
• Communication: Ability to explain complex technology in a way that is easy for patients to digest.
• Detail-Oriented: Precision is key placement of EMFACE applicators requires a keen eye for facial anatomy.
