Production Controller (Entry-Level) Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $20.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 04:00am to 02:20pm )

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Production Controller.

This role is ideal for a college graduate who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Monitor and manage production schedules to ensure timely delivery.
• Analyze data and generate reports to support operational decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and resource allocation.
• Use advanced Excel skills to track, analyze, and present production metrics.

Production Controller (Entry-Level) Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field. Exceptional Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
